Designed with HEXON Heat Technology™, the next generation of TOUGHSHELL™, and AXIS™ heated gear stays warmer longer* and adapts to its environment delivering effective heat in any condition, regardless of the environment or battery charge. Providing faster heat up times*, the new heated gear reaches maximum heat in under two minutes, delivering users quicker protection from the cold. The new heated gear combined with HEXON Heat Technology™ maximises heat retention and enhances comfort with custom heater placement and provides 40 times more coverage in the same footprint.
In addition to the integration of HEXON Heat Technology™, Milwaukee’s next generation of heated gear features improved garment construction and insulation, delivering enhanced warmth, durability and comfort. The next generation TOUGHSHELL™ jackets are designed with lasting heat retention, provide three times more insulation* and adjustable cuffs and waist to keep heat in. Featuring bonded fabric, triple stitched seams, and wind and water resistance material, these heated jackets provide durability to withstand job site conditions.
Providing heat built for lightweight durability, the next gen AXIS™ jackets and vest, for both men and women, deliver two times more insulation*, and feature ripstop fabric to prevent tears from spreading. Designed for durability, these heated jackets and vests feature triple stitched seams and wind and water resistance material to withstand job site conditions.

Providing increased functionality and comfort with its slimline profile, the new Internal Rechargeable Heated Gear Power Supply 3.0Ah is compatible with all M12™ Heated Gear and provides M12™ battery users a 2-in-1 battery and personal device charging experience whether on or off the job site. Providing 15W of power to charge personal devices, this next generation Internal Rechargeable Heated Gear Power Supply 3.0Ah provides fast battery charging with its bi-directional USB-C port to increase productivity throughout the day.
As another example of the commitment to driving disruptive innovation, the new Heated Gear Power Source w/ App Control allows users to personalise their heat zones and run-time through the Milwaukee® Heated Gear App when paired with HEXON Heat Technology™ garments. Allowing for quick connection to mobile devices, this power source with Bluetooth® controls 10 different heat levels and independent heat zone activation, enhancing run-time control, and delivering the ability to save settings for any activity or environment. This 36W power source provides up to 12 hours of run-time on Low and 3 hours on High for M12™ Heated Gear and is sold separately.
