By registering for this redemption, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which will at the time of your registration, become binding between you and us.

No salesperson, representative or agent is authorised by us to give any guarantee, warranty or representation in addition to, or contrary to these Terms and Conditions.

Participation in this redemption is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Redemption is only available online through the MILWAUKEE website.

PROMOTER

This redemption is run by Techtronic Industries N.Z Ltd of 274 Church Street, Penrose, Auckland 1061 (Promoter).

The redemption is only open to eligible claimants. An “eligible claimant” is a person who:

1. is either an New Zealand citizen or a resident;
2. submits a registration application for this redemption in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
3. registers this redemption for himself or herself exclusively and not on behalf of any other person or group of persons;
4. does not in any way tamper with the redemption and/or the registration process for the redemption; and
5. purchases the listed Milwaukee product from a participating Authorised Milwaukee Retailer in New Zealand only.

REDEMPTION & PROMOTION PERIOD

The redemption purchase period is as listed on the application form. The redemption registration dates are as listed on the application form.

Offer valid during the promotional period from the 2nd of March until the 15th of March 2026 at participating retailers. Online redemption must be claimed by 29th of March 2026. 

REDEMPTION OFFER

Claimants can only register and claim the redemption electronically through a dedicated online Redemption Page.

Only one redemption registration is permitted per Milwaukee product purchased. If a person makes multiple purchases, a person may only register once for every product purchased.

Only one redemption can be claimed per transaction. To be eligible for the redemption, the product purchased cannot be purchased or used in conjunction with any other offer.

M18™ and M12™ power tools qualifies if SKU starts with M18 and ends with 0 (zero), or -0 (dash-zero);
OR visit the product description page on this website and ensure it says ‘(Tool Only)’.

The three power tool skins can be a mix of M12™ and M18™.

Eligible Products

APPLICABLE PRODUCTS

The redemption offer only applies to products outlined in that redemptions period, purchased from a participating Authorised Milwaukee Retail Partner in New Zealand.

A valid redemption registration requires providing personal contact information, including full name, contact number, email, address, delivery address, as well as the Milwaukee product purchased, Store purchased from, product serial number, and providing a copy of proof of purchase (store product receipt). Any redemption registration form/application that fails to provide true and correct information will be deemed invalid and excluded from the redemption.

PROMOTER

The promoter is Techtronic Industries N.Z. Pty Ltd (NZBN 9429039761347) of 274 Church St, Penrose, Auckland.

ELIGIBLE CLAIMANT

The promotion is only open to claimants who are eligible claimants. An “eligible claimant” is a person who:

a)  is either a New Zealand citizen or a New Zealand permanent resident (New Zealand residents);
b)  is a professional trade user; and
c)  meets the promotion criteria in these Terms and Conditions.

The promotion is only open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over who make a purchase for professional trade use only.

Ineligible for promotion: employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, employees of the Promoter’s related companies and their immediate families, and employees of any of the Promoter’s Authorised Retail Partners involved in this redemption and their immediate families. 

EXCLUDED PRODUCTS

This redemption does not apply to any non-listed Milwaukee products during the campaign or products purchased outside of the redemption period.

This redemption does not apply to Milwaukee products that are purchased from:

1. Non participating Milwaukee Retailers
2. Non-Authorised Milwaukee Retailers;
3. eBay; or
4. Amazon.

HOW TO REDEEM YOUR BONUS OFFER

To be eligible for the redemption offer, a claimant must, during the promotion period:

1. You must have purchased the qualifying Milwaukee product from a participating Authorised Milwaukee Retailer store or online retail outlet in New Zealand during the promotion dates;
2. Register your details and the Milwaukee product purchase online at www.milwaukeetool.co.nz/redemptions.
3. Fill out the application form.
4. Upload your receipt as proof of purchase;
5. Submit your form to proceed.
6. Once you have submitted your application, you will receive an email notification confirming your application has been submitted;
7. Your application will then be verified by a Milwaukee staff member;
8. You will be notified if you are successful or not with your application for redemption;

There is no fee charged to register for this redemption other than the cost of you accessing the Internet.

DELIVERY

It may take between to 6-8 weeks for delivery of the BONUS Offer product.

GENERAL

No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected claim forms.

A copy of the original receipt as proof of purchase is required.

The Promoter may require entrants to provide further information regarding the circumstances of the product purchases to the Promoter or its agent as part of the entry verification process. Failure to provide this information to the Promoter’s satisfaction may result in an invalid entry at the Promoter’s discretion.

Entries may only be submitted online and in the correct form provided for at the website and will not be accepted by the Promoter in any other form.

Any misrepresentation or fraudulent information supplied by a claimant disqualifies their claim(s) and registration.
The bonus offer cannot be returned and are not, transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and eligible claimants (including an eligible claimant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any eligible claimant who submits a registration that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the registration process. Suitable forms of verification are at the discretion of the Promoter. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion.

The Promoter reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the redemption offer at any time without notice.

The availability and the date for receiving delivery of some products may be impacted due to reasons outside the control of the Promoter, as a result product availability and dates may shift or change without further notice at the discretion of the Promoter.

If this redemption is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including as a result of electronic tampering or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant or voter, or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the redemption, as appropriate.

The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who it has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.

The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or problems with internet or network congestion, including injury or damage to a participant’s or any other person’s computer related to participation in this Promotion and problems with transmission of entries and / or emails over the internet, acts in violation of these terms and conditions, acts in a disruptive manner, or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
