1. Gift with Purchase or “Bonus” or “Instant Bonus” offers are offered and administered solely by the Authorised Milwaukee Retail Partner ("Retailer") displaying advertising about the promotion. Techtronic Industries N.Z. Limited trading as Milwaukee Tool (New Zealand) ("Milwaukee") is not the promoter of these promotions and is not responsible for their administration, operation, fulfilment, or any aspect of the Retailer's conduct of the promotion.
2. Details of the promotion, including the promotional period, participating products, gift and/or bonus item(s), eligibility criteria, claim process (if applicable), and any other conditions, are made available by the Retailer at the point of sale and/or through the Retailer's promotional materials.
3. To be eligible, customers must satisfy all requirements specified by the Retailer.
4. Gift/bonus item(s) are available only while stocks last unless otherwise stated by the Retailer. The Retailer reserves the right to substitute a gift/bonus item with a similar product of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary.
5. Gift/bonus item(s) are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
6. Where a gift/bonus item is not provided at the time of purchase, customers must comply with the Retailer's claim instructions and any applicable deadlines.
7. Any questions, claims, requests or complaints relating to the promotion, including eligibility, fulfilment, delivery or availability of gift/bonus item(s), must be directed to the Retailer.
8. If a purchased product is returned, the gift/bonus item must also be returned.
9. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other applicable New Zealand law.
