Terms & Conditions:

By registering for this redemption, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which will at the time of your registration, become binding between you and us.

No salesperson, representative or agent is authorised by us to give any guarantee, warranty or representation in addition to, or contrary to these Terms and Conditions.

Participation in this redemption is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Redemption is only available online through the MILWAUKEE website.

PROMOTER

This redemption is run by Techtronic Industries N.Z Ltd of 274 Church Street, Penrose, Auckland 1061 (Promoter).
The redemption is only open to eligible claimants. An “eligible claimant” is a person who:

1. is either an New  Zealand citizen or a resident;
2. submits a registration  application for this redemption in accordance with these Terms and  Conditions;
3. registers this  redemption for himself or herself exclusively and not on behalf of any  other person or group of persons;
4. does not in any way  tamper with the redemption and/or the registration process for the  redemption; and
5. purchases the listed Milwaukee product from an Authorised Milwaukee Retailer in New Zealand only.

RETAILER EXCLUSIVE OFFER

Available at participating retailers and limited to instore stock availability. Purchase the selected Milwaukee product from a participating retailer between 7:00am (NZST) Thursday 20th November 2025 - 5pm (NZST) Thursday 27th of November 2025 at the advertised price or instantly receive the advertised bonus at no additional cost. Bonus offers must be validated by an authorised retail representative. Each offer is exclusive to the retailer and is not interchangeable. Authorised Milwaukee Retail Partners may choose to extend promotional period at its own discretion if stock remains.

No salesperson, representative or agent is authorised by us to give any guarantee, warranty, or representation in addition to, or contrary to these Terms and Conditions. All Authorised Milwaukee Retail Partners must provide a full receipt of all items (including bonus products at no additional charge) purchased for this redemption. This will be used in the event of a warranty claim as proof of purchase.

REDEMPTION & PROMOTION PERIOD

The redemption purchase period is as listed on the application form. The redemption registration dates are as listed on the application form.

REDEMPTION OFFER

Claimants can only register and claim the redemption electronically through a dedicated online Redemption Page.

Only one redemption registration is permitted per transaction. If a person makes multiple purchases, a person may only register once per transaction.

Only one redemption can be claimed per transaction. To be eligible for the redemption, the product(s) purchased cannot be purchased or used in conjunction with any other offer.

APPLICABLE PRODUCTS

The redemption offer only applies to products outlined in that redemptions period, purchased from Authorised Milwaukee Retail Partners in New Zealand.

A valid redemption registration requires providing personal contact information, including full name, contact number, email, address, delivery address, as well as the Milwaukee product(s) purchased, Store purchased from, product serial number, and providing a copy of proof of purchase (store product receipt). Spend based redemptions must be completed in one transaction. Any redemption registration form/application that fails to provide true and correct information will be deemed invalid and excluded from the redemption.

EXCLUDED PRODUCTS

This redemption does not apply to any non-listed Milwaukee products during the campaign or products purchased outside of the redemption period and excludes M12™ and M18™ Packout™ products; M18FPS55-602P, M18PORC-0, M12POAL0, M18POALC-0, M18FPOVCL-0, M18PC6,  M12PSCL0, MILPKSET3, MILPKSET4 and MILPKSET9.

This redemption does not apply to Milwaukee products that are purchased from:

1. Non-Authorised  Milwaukee Retailers;
2. eBay; or
3. Amazon.

HOW TO REDEEM YOUR REDEMPTION OFFER

To be eligible for the redemption offer, a claimant must, during the promotion period:

1. You must have purchased the qualifying Milwaukee product from an Authorised Milwaukee Retailer store or online retail outlet in New Zealand during the promotion dates;
2. Register your details  and the Milwaukee product purchase online at www.milwaukeetool.co.nz/redemptions.
3. Fill out the application form.
4. Upload your receipt as  proof of purchase;
5. Submit your form to proceed.
6. Once you have submitted  your application, you will receive an email notification confirming your  application has been submitted;
7. Your application will  then be verified by a Milwaukee staff member;
8. You will be notified if  you are successful or not with your application for redemption;

There is no fee charged to register for this redemption other than the cost of you accessing the Internet.

DELIVERY

It may take between to 6-8 weeks for delivery of the Redemption Offer product.

Retailer Exclusive Offers - Bonus Milwaukee product will be available for collection in store at the time of purchase. 

GENERAL

No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected claim forms.

A copy of the original receipt as proof of purchase is required.

The Promoter may require claimants to provide further information regarding the circumstances of the product purchases to the Promoter or its agent as part of the entry verification process. Failure to provide this information to the Promoter’s satisfaction may result in an invalid entry at the Promoter’s discretion.

Entries may only be submitted online and in the correct form provided for at the website and will not be accepted by the Promoter in any other form.

Any misrepresentation or fraudulent information supplied by a claimant disqualifies their claim(s) and registration.

The redemption offer cannot be returned and are not, transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and eligible claimants (including an eligible claimant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any eligible claimant who submits a registration that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the registration process. Suitable forms of verification are at the discretion of the Promoter. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion.

The availability and the date for receiving delivery of some products may be impacted due to reasons outside the control of the Promoter, as a result product availability and dates may shift or change without further notice at the discretion of the Promoter.

If this redemption is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including as a result of electronic tampering or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant , or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the redemption, as appropriate.

The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who it has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.

The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or problems with internet or network congestion, including injury or damage to a participant’s or any other person’s computer related to participation in this Promotion and problems with transmission of entries and / or emails over the internet, acts in violation of these Terms and Conditions, acts in a disruptive manner, or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

Any taxes which may be payable as a consequence of a Participant receiving a redemption offer are the sole responsibility of the eligible claimant or participant.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, redemption offer suppliers and related entities of the Promoter. Some of these third parties are located outside New Zealand, by entering into this promotion a claimant is consenting to the disclosure of a claimant’s PI to entities outside of New Zealand. For further information, please see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy which can be viewed at https://www.milwaukeetool.co.nz/privacy . Entry into the promotion is conditional on providing certain PI. The Promoter will also use and handle all PI as set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. In addition to any use that may be outlined in these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research, survey and profiling purposes, including sending emails/electronic messages, SMS, or telephoning claimants. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy also contains information about how a claimants may opt out of any communication, access, update or correct their PI, how a claimants may complain about a privacy breach or concern and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

GOVERNING LAWS

The laws of New Zealand apply to this redemption to the exclusion of any other law. Claimants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Auckland, New Zealand.
