Engineered for reinforcing safety and efficiency, Milwaukee®’s new rebar cutter and rebar cutting blade are designed for faster cutting and fewer sparks than abrasive wheel alternatives. This solution delivers clean cuts with durability and cold-cutting capability, redefining steel rod cutting with efficiency and performance. 

The M18 FUEL™ 32mm Rebar Cutter w/ ONE-KEY™ provides maximum efficiency, delivering 2-second cuts on 16mm rebar to keep professionals working with less downtime. Equipped with a POWERSTATE™ Brushless Motor generating 2,000 RPM, this rebar cutter provides the power to cut through 9.5mm (N10) rebar with ease, while RAPIDSTOP™ Braking consists of stop times under 1 seconds. Additionally, the high-performance motor ensures consistent speed and performance, improving workflow and optimising job site productivity.

Designed to meet the high-performance demands of the job site, the M18 FUEL™ 32mm Rebar Cutter w/ ONE-KEY™ incorporates REDLINK PLUS™ Intelligence. This advanced system enhances communication between the REDLITHIUM™ Battery (sold separately) and motor, maintaining peak efficiency, protection, and compatibility. Delivering up to 230 cuts on a fully charged M18™ REDLITHIUM™ HIGH OUTPUT™ 6.0Ah Battery, this solution is designed to maximise output in the most demanding conditions. Built-in overload protection further extends motor life, ensuring durability on the job. 

Designed with user comfort and convenience in mind, Milwaukee’s new rebar cutter features an adjustable 3-position anti-vibration side handle to reduce strain during extended use and enhance control. To further enhance safety, the integrated Cut -Brake system engages an automatic blade stop when enabled, protecting sensitive materials near the cut. Additionally, on-board hex wrench storage ensures quick and easy blade changes, while an integrated tether attachment and LED work light enhance security and visibility in low-light environments.
