Milwaukee® Delivers an M18™ System Wide Upgrade

Milwaukee Tool is delivering a system wide upgrade for M18™ by enhancing the M18™ REDLITHIUM™ 5.0AH Battery, one of the most versatile batteries within the M18™ System. Milwaukee is dedicated to increasing productivity, and performance for users, delivering a significant upgrade to the M18™ system for all existing and new M18™ users. The NEW M18™ REDLITHIUM™ HIGH OUTPUT™ XC5 and M18™ REDLITHIUM™ HIGH OUTPUT™ XC5 Resistant Batteries deliver 50% more power versus the REDLITHIUM™ 5.0AH. This increase in power provides users the ability to gain faster application speeds and to tackle more demanding applications.

Both new batteries feature an upgraded battery construction, designed to enhance durability and extend battery life. Featuring tabless cell technology, upgraded electronics and power routing, and improved thermal management, these batteries deliver increased power, runtime, and durability to keep professionals productive through demanding applications on the jobsite. The M18™ REDLITHIUM™ HIGH OUTPUT™ XC5 Resistant Battery also provides added protection for transportation maintenance and manufacturing environments, with resistance to common oils, greases, and solvents.

These battery packs provide professionals with more power while continuing Milwaukee Tool's commitment to full compatibility across all M18™ solutions since the system's introduction in 2007. Whether drilling, cutting, fastening, or tackling demanding applications with a SAWZALL™, circular saw, or other M18™ tools, users can confidently move from task to task knowing their battery delivers the power, performance, and runtime needed to get the job done without changing platforms.
